I like to tell you again that I was very pleased with the accommodation that you provided at #4 Republica in LaPaz.
The rooms are bright and spacious and very clean. I had all the comforts that I required and everything was in working condition (which is not always the case in Mexico). The location is perfect, close enough to walk to Centro and only 1 block to the Malecon and the beach, where I enjoyed many beautiful sunsets.

We just spent a month in La Paz, after spending many weeks in Cabo in previous years, we found La Paz terrific. The beaches are wonderful, and the Malicon was a very interesting and was a frequent walk of ours. We found it much more "Mexican" than Cabo, fewer tourists and much more of the wonderful Mexican flavour.
Our Condo was very nice. It was quite new and had not been much used. After a few problems were overcome ( with the help of APS PM) we had a comfortable home away from home. The view was fantastic, the pool, and balcony were much appreciated. We were very happy and had a great vacation. We leave the cold for the 80deg.and sunny weather and have never been disapointed.(yet) All the best.

Our trip back to Colorado was very enjoyable and we arrived home to sunshine. However, last weekend it snowed/rained for 3 days. Our stay in La Paz was great - we love the city and are looking forward to returning hopefully next January. The apartment location and the proximity to the malecon/beach was excellent. The town was close enough to walk to. And, of course, we loved going to Balandra on a regular basis. Having a car to further explore outside La Paz is a necessity to get a better feel of the area. The unit itself was clean and bright but for us too small, particularly the bathroom. As well, the chairs in the kitchen were uncomfortable because they did not allow any leg room for seating at the counter. The apartment was very well equipped. A couple of glitches - the bathroom toilet and the cable not working were resolved. Thanks to Tony for helping with the cable - we should have asked earlier about this problem. Considering we had a dog with us it worked out very well. We look forward to working with you again later this year with regard to renting a house in the La Paz area next year. I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful month we had in La Paz. La Paz is such a charming town and our condo filled our every need. The kitchen has every basic utensil and appliance you need; it even has a lime squeezer! The building itself is new and well-maintained with a locked courtyard. There is a new roof patio being built which will be great for watching the beautiful sunsets. The location is within walking distance to the Malecon, a fabulous shrimp taco stand, and all of the downtown shops. Truly, you will find everything you need for a comfortable extended stay in La Paz. In addition to the condo, you will also receive the attentive services of Ans and Loek, the caretakers. They were available to answer all kinds of questions. In fact, when our car broke down, it was Ans and Loek that arranged the repair negotiations so that we could get the best price. I highly recommend Condos Santo Sabina.
Also, I wanted to check with you on the availability of the condos for the last two weeks of July. Scott and Hanna are thinking of taking a trip. Do the condos have air conditioning installed yet? Also, as I looked at the paragraph I just wrote, I am wondering if it is too long for your purposes. You have my permission to edit it in any way. The pineapple details in Casa Piña were enjoyed by all. The house was light and bright and roomy! Best of all, it was in one of the best neighborhoods and close to the airport, Wall-Mart, Sam’s Club, VIPs, an Internet café, a veterinary shop, pharmacy and the waterfront. There are games and a community pool that would be enjoyed by a family with young children, too.

Just a note to say that the month we spent in La Paz, at the Condo Santa Sabina was exactly what we required.The apts are new, clean, bright, comfortable and very well equipped, included was cable,wireless internet and laundry facillity.
The rooftop palapa,was great with bathrms,jaccuzi, and B.Q it was put to good use by our group, not to forget those fantastic sunsets! The location is perfect, walking distance to pretty much everything we needed, and walk we did! but having the gated parking for our rental car was another bonus. We all enjoyed our stay very much,and have recomended it to others. thanks again ans we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
